tb.CUE is a harmonic mixing tool for DJs. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what stays on your device.
Account data. When you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Subscription data. If you subscribe to PRO or PRO+, Stripe processes your payment. We store only your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription status. We never see or store your card details.
Usage data. For PRO and PRO+ subscribers, we track the number of camera scans used per billing period to enforce your plan quota.
Your music collection. Your rekordbox XML or Traktor NML file is parsed entirely in your browser and stored only in your device's local IndexedDB. It is never uploaded to our servers.
Your Google Drive files. When you load a collection via Google Drive, tb.CUE accesses only the file you explicitly select using Google's file picker. We cannot browse your Drive or access any other files. The file is read into memory, parsed, and saved locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted to tb.CUE servers.
Your DJ set or history. Track history and set data are stored only in your browser's local storage. We have no access to this data.
tb.CUE uses Google OAuth with the drive.readonly scope solely to let you select and load your rekordbox or Traktor collection file. We request the minimum access necessary. Your Google access token is held in memory for the duration of your session and is never stored on our servers. You can revoke tb.CUE's access at any time from your Google account settings.
tb.CUE stores the following data locally in your browser: your authentication token, your active plan, your display preferences (theme, language, key notation), and your parsed music collection (IndexedDB). This data never leaves your device except for the authentication token, which is sent to our server to verify your session.
Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Google — optional Drive file access. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic Claude API — used by PRO/PRO+ subscribers for camera scan mode. Scanned images are sent to Anthropic's API for processing and are not retained by tb.CUE.
Cloudflare — hosting and infrastructure. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Account data is retained as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
